The EU Settlement Scheme Family Permit is an immigration document that allows eligible family members to travel to the UK to join an EU, EEA, or Swiss National who began living in the UK on or before 31 December 2020. You might also be able to apply if you are the family member of an eligible person of Northern Ireland.
